Enquiries

We check our email regularly 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday.

If you are submitting an appointment request, one of our medical team might call you back to get more information. This will help us to prepare and coordinate what procedures are needed. For example, if your child has tummy pain, we will try to schedule blood tests and abdominal ultrasound scan on the day of clinic consultation. Of course, sometimes, it is not possible despite our best effort. We aim to reduce the number of visits for tests and procedures.

Unfortunately, we can’t give medical advice by email. You can always call us and talk to a member of the team on 07961 767 854. Our general email is: [email protected]

Messages received outside of clinic hours will be responded to as soon as possible on the next working day.
